We want you to be satisfied with our Brainy Baby® products, and we want you to share that satisfaction with other parents. We welcome feedback and will respond quickly to our customers’ queries. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PLEASE contact us.

 We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from this website. If you purchased a Brainy Baby® product from another source, please contact their customer service department for their return policy.

Unopened items in the original packaging may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt.

If the item was damaged when delivered or does not work properly, you may return it within 30 days in exchange for the same product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.

If you wish to return your  Brainy Baby® product purchased from this site, you will need to login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the 'Return Item' button.

Then simply return the Brainy Baby® product to us unused, in its original undamaged packaging, along with a copy of your receipt and we’ll give you a refund. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your Brainy Baby® product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  

We are not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping. Therefore, we recommend using recorded delivery when returning a product to us, and retain proof of postage when the item is returned.
